This jam is hand crafted by Annalisa Torzilli of Il Molino organic farm from Visciole cherries that grow wild in the hills of Lazio. The luscious dark red jam is a mix of sour and sweet and perfect for scones, crackers, atop roast, and in classic cherry ricotta Italian crostata.
